What a great way to be taken seriously by an industry that has all their eyes focused on you delivering right now.

Couldn't agree more... I'm actually embarrassed at the original post and the follow-ups. I sometimes think that I'm the only one who gives a damn what the rest of the world thinks of the "RED Culture".

If there wasn't a 4K camera waiting at the other end of this neverending libido circus...

Yeah, I'm that old.

Come to think of it, all of you should be as well.

It would be cool to post a pic of the entire Red team in an orgy. Well perhaps not exactly the ENTIRE Red team. :-)

It makes me wonder who is in human resources, an ex casting director?
Actually Red doesn't have anyone doing human resources. The official title is "population control". Use the proper terminology please. :)

That was my first thought too. But on second thought, I think it's actually refreshing to have a company that isn't overly concerned what "the establishment" might think.

<--- waves to Taylor (and Kevin, yeah yeah)

Have more respect for the employees. It's a high end camera company, not Hooters.

On one hand, RED wants to be taken very seriously in a professional market. On the other, we have school boy stunts like this... if there's enough free time to do this, then there's enough free time to get a real DP and go shoot some good footage for the website.

At the very least, it's "off topic" material.

As much as I like breasts, I have to agree with J Arthurs on this. Maybe Taylor dresses like that normally, but I'm guessing she was coerced into wearing that. Not the best way for a woman to get respect. Wow, I never thought I'd say that. Maybe I'm getting old too.

And I'm not a prude... heck my first DP/directing gig was shooting all the b-roll on a low budget horror movie... the typical slasher-kills-girl in shower with all the nudie bits. Talk about thrown into the fire... I had NO idea what I was getting into, but did the job.

I think because of that, I'm more sensitive and have a bit more respect for the other gender than maybe I had when I was in my 20's.

I too, think we should show respect to women, but my hormones cannot think and apparently believe we should not show the same respect to hot girls. (Besides, according to Leno, a study was done that shows how men over 60 who sleep with women younger than 20 live longer... so there!)

I agree with Jim Arthurs and the others. It's cool that the Red "corporate mentality" is a playful one, but this is not a great direction to be going.

C'mon guys, where's the amazing, all-encompassing test/sample shoot? You've been messing about with planes and racecars and "hot chicks" so we know you have the time! :)

Jannard is overtly concerned about camera ambush tests from competitors, but I still haven't seen anything on Red's end to preempt the FUD.
