  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Meet Charlie..

What I can't get over is how smooth the image is. It's been about 24 hours since I first looked at it, and the excitement has worn off...but it still looks amazing. This looks like(dare I say it?) a film scan to me. No sign of nasty digital artifacts or alaising or any nasty crap. And the highlight roll off is wonderful.

i think charlie rocks .. can we see the video or is it just still? ..sorry if this has been asked

the mx reel was really cool and i have to admit seeing the epic prototype was more interesting than the peacock

thanx RED

no way, dude. Really?

Yup.

Zoom in to the eyes by about 400% and there's enough detail there to easily count the segments in the umbrella.

I can ALMOST make out Jerrad there too, but not quite... black-on-black and all that.

can't wait to start learning all over again! Milwaukee is 90% red on all shoots! We love it.

Well this has come full circle.. We're seeing images from a working prototype.. Amazing...

I Love that you've upgraded to using Peacocks as color charts... Lets see more of her!

Amazing stuff Jarrand and Jim. How about some footage of the beautiful creature!

Wasn't the bulldog (Spike?) also from a working prototype, or was that just a working sensor? It was a while ago.

no, B2Pro :) There is a difference :)

Hi Jarred

Had my first play with a Briese umbrella light a couple of weeks ago, and liked the evenness and large light output of the light.

But not seen a B2Pro yet.

What are the differences you speak of?

Thanks
Eric
