No sweat. Just show me a link on the products you are thinking, then me and other fellows will suggest that would be a good choice or not.
If you purchase a panel with 1920 x 1200, more than 1920 x 1080, then most likely you will get dot by dot.
Also, if your final master will be YUV then YUV setup should be fine, but if the final media incorporates with RGB color space then should use RGB, the idea is that you can switch them depending on the product and equipment you are working with. Someone who is better to explain between YUV (usually video world, YUV is used) RGB, please chime in.
