Congrats, Jarred, I'm happy to see Red making hi little hole (bad translation from the French)...

On an other note, I must admit that fashion business needs seriously some correction : the image of woman is so degrading. Here she looks like she escaped from a concentration camp. We, Europeans, know all what it means. Disgusting.

That seems like what I would guess too, but Jared will probably come back and throw our preconceptions out of the window!
If that is the Epic too, I am really blown away about the amount of detail and clean image.
But I guess that is the hassleblad as it has a lager sensor and more pixel count.

I'm going to guess that it's the second last portrait shot, only because it looks more staged.

I agree, also because has that "macro" kind of look that often comes from MF cameras with lenses that can focus within a meter or so.

That's mostly due to the lower magnification factor of bigger sensors.
The big amount of sharpening and compression makes it difficult for me to discern which is which.

hahahaha

Honestly Jarred -- no I cannot tell which. The desaturation isn't helping matters either. But I guess that is the point -- that its hard to tell a frame grab from an Epic vs that of a MF Hasselblad stills cam.

Good to see more of these editorial shoots happening on Epic. A shame the print side of the fashion industry claims to be so broke, there could be so many more of these.

They have been telling photographers they are broke for 50 Years now.... Somehow the cream of the crop still is out there shooting 250 days a year.

Once EPIC is out in force I suspect it will become THE cam for these kinds of jobs.

Hey Matt, still working with DTouch?

Hey Robert, no I've picked up the family and moved to SF area. Those people who are shooting 250 days a year require a support staff 365 days a year. Taking a break from that to work on some new projects, currently hammock testing and house remodeling ;)
