Very Nice.
Is it possible to share complete DIY detail please.

not going to sell them, just going to freelance it. The whole rig is packed away, but Erich Roland at DC camera was nice enough to snap some behind-the-scenes of our latest demo.

Like DC Camera on faceville if you can't see them.

More stats; 5 feet of movement on a 6 foot slider, 360º on pan and tilt, big muscley lens motor for grumpy old lenses

Software lets you record - and rerecord - each axis combined or individually

no vibrations at slow speeds.

Great job! I am building something similar myself, but little more compact. Yours look like complete MOCO setup, while mine is focused mainly on motion-time-lapse - not a real-time movement...
Liked the first video - very creative...

Nice work John. i've been curious about that ServoCity gear. These are some nice clean results.

servocity is a great source for mechanical parts, but most of the stuff they build (I have found) to be a little on the small side for a even a small cinema camera. However, great little company, would buy again.

Sweet videos. Looked really good.

Did you just garbage matt the takes, if not how did you composite it?

Yup. Post on all these videos took about 15 minutes each. Good moco means REALLY easy post, unless you're doing more complicated compositing.

Thanks for that.
Did you write the software, I'm looking for software that can work by recording moves.
