But how are you going to make it work just with a 45deg mirror? Does the Komodo have a built-in LCD flip function? Because, otherwise, it's going to have a flipped image in the result (you can observe it using your phone screen and a handheld mirror).

That's exactly why all slr cams had prism built-in instead of just a mirror.

Yes the monitor feed needs a flip&flop function for a single mirror loupe to work, but I’m sure that is on Red’s todo list. Or a box of wiskey with Jarreds name on it might work.
