  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Yes, I got emailed yesterday and got my RMA in early afternoon today. My Dragon is already on its way back to Irvine.
 
I also received my allocation notice today ... I was in the last batch of magnums when that deal came in (where they figured out how to do the magnum cheaper - it was just too good to let pass, also now that I've used a weapon I'm so glad I didn't skip on the upgrade). I have a normal epic dragon so I'd bet they will get real close to finishing the magnum allocations this week, probably take a week or two to get the majority of them through the line - so i'd think they should be full bore on the raven/scarlets and move the army to that line next month. Was quicker then I was expecting it, must be just huge at Red HQ.
 
Wouldn't expect to get your weapon MG's back for a few weeks if you're just now getting allocation notice to send it in. I don't have mine back yet and it's been at Red HQ since February 4th and probably won't have it back in hands for another week.

I have SCARLET-W Base I/O V-Lock Package, and submit my order in 15/12/2015, just approximately when do you think my camera will ship? I don't need a specific date, just in between

Hasan, from what I've gathered we should start seeing Scarlet I/O packages ship sometime before March 17th as this is the date Jarred announced that Raven I/O's are supposed to go out.

As for your order who knows how far back you are in line especially with all the switchovers from pre-Raven customers.

I hope we start seeing Scarlet-W I/O packages go out within the first week of March but that's just me being optimistic... nothing is for sure yet.

From what I can tell you is that we where in the last one to order the Weapon Magnesium upgrade for our Epic-X Dragon 7995 and we allready got our number called.

So Raven and Scarlet-Weapon are close.
