Woaw, I didn't know the RED Studios were already used to shoot big features in. I thought it was more of a RED facility to show what a RED can do.
Is this the first feature to shoot in the RED Studios?

[Stuart English]

Is this the first feature to shoot in the RED Studios?

Nope. Quite a bit of the The Artist was shot in and around RED Studios... a.k.a "Kinograph Studios"

and the sounds stages have been used for several other features.

I always think of it as the "Maroon Cartoon Studios" from Roger Rabbit!

[M Most]

I always think of it as the "Maroon Cartoon Studios" from Roger Rabbit!

I think of it as that, and the place at which I spent a year working on "Ally McBeal" and "The Practice" (1997-98, we moved to the then-unfinished Manhattan Beach Studios in 1998).

[Peter McCully]

Good there's a Scarlett on it too.

Aaaand already we see comments about image being too damn clean. For me it's non-issue, this will look glorious on a big screen.
