Help! Any angels at Red HQ ?

My epic is boxed up and ready to ship (sitting in RED shipping department). It was originally scheduled to ship out via Fed Ex today (but hasn't been picked up yet).

I just booked a last minute job and would be missing out on a $4,500 dollar rental if I can't pick up my Epic at Will Call today!
I'm in LA (about 30 minutes away from RED HQ... So close, I can taste it.

Is there an angel at red who can change my camera to Will Call pick up so I can pick up camera now/today?

I hate to say this (because I love RED Products), but your right... most companies ship the day you pay (as long as it is in stock)..... Just saying...:001_unsure:
