  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Has anyone recieved the microMatteBox for Red One?

i paid for my redrock matte box april 18th so 116 days and nothing yet? any one close to my order date got one yet? disappointed so far.

If you did not have a reservation, we are starting to ship regular orders this week, and yours is pretty close to the earliest we took orders.

Jonas, looks like your RED ONE just got a.... oh, nevermind! ;>)

Brian, I think your Co. has been doing an excellent job. If I've had a question, it's been answered through email (quite regularly).

People, check your junk folders, etc. if you've written these guys. I haven't had any trouble. If you've heard squat, write them back; a line's probably crossed or down somewhere.
 
i got a s.o. 19269 . is this reservation# ?,i don,t know . i did email and ask this but got no response .will send this # of to redrock .
 
The whole process should be very clear in your correspondence with RR. They have a sort of graph, with four stages, simply labeled 1,2,3, and 4. These mark the stages of your order and they email you when each stage is achieved. If you have nothing like this, contact them again. It's very straight-forward!

1. Order Received!

2. Payment Received!

3. Ordered Being Processed!

4. Order Being Shipped (check for FedEx tracking x2) Incl. Junkmail.

And that's it, it's at your doorstep.
 
sent email just now,and just get a jibberish name encode auto signal. lines not working . not in my nature to badger. it should have just been shipped. can only tell from ricopedra that he ordered the day before and he always has his. thats for that rico.something must be up with mine.
 
jetaddiction - you received an automated response, which only says "Thank you for contacting Redrock order status. This is and automated response to let you know we received your email."

If you check the link above, you will find that non-reservation holder orders (which sounds like yours) is starting to ship this week. Given your early date, I would expect your mattebox to ship by this time next week or earlier.

Sometimes you've got to delve into history to understand the present. Personal posts are here in this thread. The Mill worked for me, as with many others, but you fell off, like a few, and are now back on, I guess. Patience for a bit and you won't be disappointed, as so many receivers are posting.

Now we're already waiting for an upgrade in the filter size holder +...! ;>)
 
The matte box is great. But It would nice if we could get all the screws that go with it. How can I get this missing screw from the side flag.

I also got an "order processed" email but nothing more. Sent an e-mail requesting more info, nothing but the auto reply.

I was under the impression that NAB orders were still considered reservations. That's why I plunked down the cash at NAB instead of waiting, I was assured I would be getting the MB faster than folks who ordered after.

Also never got an email confirming "payment received" even though the cost was taken out of my credit card.

They are not - reservation holders signed up as reservation holders, some as early as 2006.

As I mentioned before, it's a bit moot now as we are beginning shipments of regular orders this week, so all you early order holders should start to see shipment notices starting this week.

i am not being sarcastic when i said "jiberish" .did not get a thank you auto response . this is the auto response email.-( -'ansi_x3.110-1983' is not a supported encoding name. Parameter name: name - ). what does that mean? as long as i don,t get missed on the list. thanks all. next week would be great.
