  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Right that's true. They briefly had to suspend orders due to store issue (was giving discount on more than just kit). Since been fixed. If anyone else had trouble: should be working now.
 
do this come with a case? if not, what case fits the custom foam it says it has?
 
A couple people didn't get their OSEE email with coupon code due to getting filtered as spam. Please let me know if you still haven't received code!

Ok peeps...so how do you like this monitor.? Thinking of picking up one in the near future. I already have the HCM 700 which I use as a focus pulling/AC monitor and my AC's really like it. I want this as a directors/DP monitor when i step away from camera.

Planing to use 4-Pin XLR Female to Cigarette Lighter Plug (for Video Village in vehicle).

I like the monitor. put in next to a flanders and it looks good. I just wish it had physical knobs for adjustment. Also, the focus peaking doesn't seem to work. I can turn it on, but there is not color indication or anything. I also can't find the settings for changing color or intensity of focus peaking.
 
Lack of physical knobs is a big deal for sure. I'm missing those from my FSI as well. :/

Further, how the hell do I put LUTs on this thing!? I assumed it was as easy as putting them on a USB stick and slapping it on the back of the thing? I have a job tomorrow and was not expecting to be headscratching tonight... Some reduser search indicates trouble with this back in 2016 (should have searched before purchasing I guess)... apparently there's an app that's needed for Windows (not a problem, I dual-boot), but I can't seem to find it anywhere!? The fact that I can't just load .cube files to an SD card / USB stick is a real drag... I just did this on my Focus, 702 Bright, and 703 Bolt... Anyone got any clues??

That was for old monitors. Do you have current manual?
