ARRIVED.
The 1X1 is perfect...smaller and lighter than I expected. The specs show a junior pin, which concerned me...but its actually a baby pin.
The case is excellent, although if you ordered the accessory kit its a very tight fit and you have to fold the soft box a bit to make it fit. But once zipped up its the perfect size and weight. It even has a cool stand holder on the front.

LOVE IT. My new favorite light. And yes the output is amazing for such a small fixture.

A pleasant surprise...The 1x1 has WiFi built in...unlike the 2x1 which requires a dongle.

Curious how you managed to fit the soft box inside the case? Do you happen to have a photo of how you folded it?

put the flat part toward the closed end of the case. The tip the sticks out of the case- simply push it back toward the center. It will bow and fit nicely under the lip of the zipper. Then zip up the case.

are you sure you aren't trying to install the 2x1 FW?

That is the latest FW for the 2X1 Panel. It will not work on the 1x1.

Yours should have come with a notice that the update will come at a later date and include wifi.
