  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey Travis! Got the 2x1 and battery plate, but I didn't see my email... Did those go out the night of the 11th?

Guys, PLEASE stop making me PM you and asking for your contact information. It's clearly written numerous places that to secure an order I need your

NAME
ORDER
EMAIL
PHONE

Having to follow up with everyone who can't follow directions makes this the checkout process take 10X longer as I have to wait until numerous people who commented without sending me their contact info reply to the PMs here so I can send out the email.

Thanks!

Hey all, just a heads up that I may be MIA for a few days as I'm gonna be out in the ocean and not sure how much cell service/wifi I'll have. As of now everyone who ordered should've been sent the payment email for the 1X1 and 2X1 lights and kits along with all battery plates.

The email for the AB battery kits is being worked out now and should go out early next week. Thanks to everyone for making this another huge success! Really warms my heart putting incredible quality equipment into the hands of so many talented filmmakers. Remember to post pics on IG and find me there @traviswears to connect!

Very quickly, I made a mistake and included the 1X1 Gold Mount SINGLE Battery Plate in place of the 2X1 Dual Battery Mount in the previous payment info email. Please double check that you didn't order the 1X1 Gold Mount Battery Plate if you meant to order the 2X1 Dual Mount Plate! I just sent an updated email with the new working link for those who specified they were interested in this product. The 2X1 V-Mount link was correct.

If there are any issues with an order that needs correction please email groupbuy@adorama.com, cc me and include your order # and we'll get it taken care of before it ships out!
