135€ extra for what? Group-BUY Price for 85+ was 2000 €.

I certainly wish the last 15 people would quit picking around and make their payment. That being said, I would rather not wait around any longer hoping that they make a payment. I would be glad to pay more to have this ship immediately. I have work to do!
 
The product went under slight modifications 3 weeks ago. It is ready.

The deal is 85+ people, 2000€.
There is less then 85, then it is more expensive, 135€ extra which is next to nothing to be honest.

Considering the trouble I had to make half of you pay, most of you are not in a position to criticize, bargain or threat.
Because if we had all pay in time, we would have our units, mk0, but we would have it.

Pierre said like 3 months ago he needed to have all the payment to fulfill the deliveries.
I mean, if half of the groupbuy pays, he can't honor the price for 100.

The exo cost is more than double what we paid.
So for gods sake, the tenth who didn't pay, please do.

We all sincerely appreciate your role in this guy-buy and wish that you would keep up the good work in future too. However, sooner I will be having trouble to keep forcing myself to accept L'Aigle excuses . Uless L'Aigie post complete list with names (PAID in FULL and UNPAID) with 24 hours please.

Folks, let us be honest, there was a GB that went a lot worse than this one! lol

Personally, I am willing to get annoyed at both sides of the equation here. We had a lot of confusion around payment capabilities which slowed down original payments. Then, we had some folks (arbitrarily, IMO) shut out of the final tally because of this confusion, which raised the final price. Later, we saw many changes (IMO, a good thing) which caused delays, confusion and agitation with buyers. So the sell side is not without guilt.

On the buy side, we have had inexplicable dragging of feet and complaining as if this were a standard purchase deal from the RED store. It never was and shouldn't have been thought of that way. It was a new product under development and, in the end, we are getting more than we even thought we were getting. We were given a good opportunity to buy an innovative product at a favorable price. A lot of people jumped on the deal but then whined about everything and some just couldn't be bothered to pay, or even comment about their payment. So, yeah, Pierre has reason to be pissed off, too.

Let's just get this down. For those of you who haven't paid, you are crazy not to. Pay, take delivery, and, if it turns out you don't want it, sell the damned thing for a profit. The demand will be there. Or, remember, you can return it for a refund within 2 weeks. Just PAY!
 
It could take longer to wait for everybody to cash the extra 135 than to wait for the last few persons to cash. Is there no more replacement with money ready in there hands? Also Pierre, perhaps it would be even better deal for you if we just "drop" the last missing units since they have such a low price anyway compared to the regular.

Excellent thoughts. In the end, when these units are shipped and the path opens up for "regular sales," the presence of these units, whether 80 or 100, will push full price sales immediately and dramatically. Everyone wins if this just gets done as fast as possible.

I have PM'ed the last 6 "payment pending" buyers on my list, but had no news on the official list. So I can't do more than wait.
I'm away on a shoot, and can't spend the day on my phone, but I'll try to call Pierre during lunch break.
 
Maybe we should ALL be PM ing the 6 people that haven't paid ;-)
 
I can understand finances changing in one's live, but your word means nothing if you don't follow through. If you treated your clients like this group buy, and I am talking about the pending payment folks, you would find yourself out of work. So please either pay up or let the powers (Berenger, Pierre) offer the deal to those people waiting on the sidelines.
How about just fill up the list with the numbers needed to reach the agreed upon rate. Ample time has been allowed for payment to be made. Those that are on the fence will just miss a great deal.
Please let's move forward. Perhaps future group buys could exclude the non-payers!!

If my addition is correct, the last list shows 85 "units" as being paid in full. That number reflects some buyers purchasing multiple units. There may simply be a delay in some of the wire transfers clearing which could be the origin of the 70 number. Seems to me we have already met the 85 threshold.

But also I think a little perspective is in order. When we signed on to this it was a completely different Exo. The Tilta copy of that Exo is available for the price we have paid for the group buy($2400 plus or minus). In fact there is a copy of the copy available for $1900. What we are getting is so far advanced from what we signed up for, it is amazing! Abel will be selling them for $6000. We are probably getting them for under dealer cost. It's a bit like we ordered Movi M5's and got upgraded to M15's for free. Action Products is still refining their design as well. So the only units out there are the copy/knock offs. Even though delivery is delayed, we will still be the first shooters with what will probably be the best industry standard solution out there. I really appreciate Pierre continuing the improvements on the Exo as I'm sure he could have easily produced a short run of 100 with the NAB design and sent them to us. Then released the "Mark 2" version to dealers next week. I'm convinced this will be the best $2400 I and many of us have ever spent on a piece of gear.

Considering some people are shouting at me for putting them at the end of the queue, I wonder that they will do to me if I let them out. I got a rope somewhere if you want.
I think I will let this GB die by itself like Carey did, I'll wait for my shipment and be done with that groupbuy, and any groupbuy.

I will forward the list to Pierre, and if I have to pay more, then I will pay. I don't care what others choose to, but you are stupid if you don't pay the extra 135€.

THE LIST ABOVE IS FINAL, AND IT'S WHAT PIERRE IS RECEIVING. He will choose who's in and who's out.
And anyway, the GB is at its end, so it won't matter much If I'm here now.

To the alternates in the list, please send your email to l'Aigle so he can swap you if possible. You can find the mail on their website, I won't put it in public. But I would do it quickly if I were you.
 
OMG ! how could they possibly be yelling at you, they've had every opportunity to pay and should actually be taken off the list. I don't blame you for giving up the driver seats, thanks for all your efforts.
