  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

So basically Jim, you told me you didn't received the mail, you shout at me and L'Aigle, and then you tell me you had actually received it ?

But still you are feeling frustrated by the communication, because you received a confirmation mail ?
Are you frakking serious ? How is that fair ?

The mail everyone received is the mail for the Redusers Exo Groupbuy, not a promotional mail. On the bottom of the mail, there is a "why did I get this? "

Communication has been great on this groupbuy.
Some of you didn't even read the message Pierre sent about size, ETA, and all the questions we had. I had to quote him many times.
Carey has been wirting on the groupbuy. while most of us listened, those same not reading the boards were shouting no communications.

This is boring. And upsetting.

Hey Berenger, first off, I didnt shout at you, not sure why you think that, didnt curse, not pissed enough to yell, but I am frustrated, not at you either. Your post kinda came out of nowhere. Last I was told was I was all paid up and things were "all set".

I wish I had the time to sit on here and read every post and every nuance of the conversations. I saw your post about receiving an email ,then another from someone else that mentioned shipping info...dont remember exact wording.... thought the email you were talking about was for shipping info. When I didnt see that shipping info email I thought I was being sent a advertisement about the Exo and did not receive the email about shipping. Sorry.

If I am not the only one you had to requote to, maybe it should have been clearer. I reread the email and it sure looks like an advertisement/ newsletter to me...which is fine. There is nothing on this email about why I am receiving this. Looked at it 3 times before I replied to you. What I do see is talk about the Wow effect, counterfeits and its a piece of art.

Just for the record, in the past there have been several times I have tried to use their website to pay the deposit and when I tried to pay the full amount, but it wouldn't let me. I also have not received answers to some questions I asked in the past and there was some communication things between my bank and theirs. So I am sorry if I am a little shocked and a bit frustrated. I don't like to fool with my money.

I apologize if I upset you.

Just curious why was I being asked if I paid up then?

Jim's paid up (otherwise he wouldn't have the mail from P) and, in his defense, the mail looks a bit like a circular at first glance (most important info is the small text at the top about ETA's and information etc).

In Bérenger's defense, it's hard tracking stuff and keeping tabs on things when you're an agent of a Company - and Bérenger isn't, but he's taken the reins on this thread to make it organized and keep the list active (with alternates etc)... no small job, and one that comes with a fair amount of hassle!

Therefore, all's good - just a slight case of crossed wires!

Im hugging here if he will...again not pissed at him. Totally understand his position, figured as much and wasn't dumping on him personally. Just frustrated with how payment things have gone as I mentioned. Berenger's question just brought all that back.

Thanks Andy bye the way. Hugs to you too. I did see the small text at the top and was glad to see that actually...which is great communication. The bottom of the email must be missing things on my end.

Just to be crystal clear, if anyone was expecting an email about shipping info, this isn't it. It's just promo material, nothing more (unless I missed something).

Sorry, but you were the last drop. I had several harsh Pm in the lasts few weeks. And a producer tried to scam me on the phone at the same time. Not a good mix when you writing on a board.

Clicked on why did I get this. Sure, just like you said. Thanks. It's good to communicate. I appreciate the hard work you're doing but I guess it's a matter of perspective as I'd consider vital non-promotional information things such as: final design specs, payment confirmation, tracking #, feature descriptions, delivery schedules, and other things of that nature.

I have received a direct confirmation from Pierre that Im all set, Didn't see anything about shipping and yes I'm registered on Laigle site, after reading the recent post I'm not too concerned about that just glad I'm all set. Thanks for your effort guys much appreciated.

Incredible product, however absolute worst memorable customer service. Sorry Pierre this is the worst way to give birth (lol)

We’re not taking full responsibility here: right now, we have round 70 confirmed payments. Should we leave it that way and ask everyone to complete their payments up to the +60 price or should we wait to get the last 15 latecomers onboard?

Besides, we are not just copying someone else’s product here, nor are we reusing 40-years old stabilizer arms tech’, like the three other companies “sucking our wheel”. We are INVENTING. And this takes more time than everything else. Maybe those here who know what creating a product is about can confirm this is not an easy and quick process to make it right. And this is not a small product neither...


Why will EXHAUSS forever be the first brand on earth offering commercial exoskeletons? Because it’s not easy...

and isnt Tilta already shipping... so they are the first i guess.

and i assume the product is not out due to changes and tweaks to make it better and not due to this groupbuy,...

70 secured buyers only said Pierre.

We had 91 buyers initially, with a grand total of 99 units. I have thought we could replace the quitters, but I have learned now that there won't be extra units,
and I can't blame Pierre as his distributors have a really higher price than ours.

So now, it is 85 spots only, which means we really needs you to pay if we don't want to have 135€ extra. Personnally, I would pay for it, but maybe you won't (and you would be wrong)
 
We need a deadline, we can't continue like this with people who don't paid.

If we need to paid 135e more, I am in but we Really need a Deadline because until christmas we will still like this.
