  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi Roger, they usually take about a week to ship internationally. They have had problems letting customers know that they have shipped. I have heard this from other people who purchased from Formatt. They just turn up :)

I ordered Formatt filters last month, my credit card was charged in July. When I asked multiple times about the delivery schedule and a tracking number, I was finally told that the Sales Office Manager is on annual leave and that my order had shipped on August 9th. I still haven't received the shipment and they are not answering any of my e-mails.

I have also tried contacting them via Facebook messaging with little luck.

Well, yesterday I finally got an answer via Facebook. They told me that they will e-mail the managing director directly on my behalf and see that my order goes through. My earlier e-mails to the senior accounts assistant who is covering for the sales office manager (who is on annual leave) have bounced.

EDIT: Turned out to be a courier company issue. They couldn't find the right door. Re-delivery has now been arranged.

Hi Antti,

I'm glad your issue has been resolved.

If anyone else is having any problems with either Formatt or Schneider, let me know and I'll see if I can get a response from either of my contacts.
 
Update 6

The Schneider deal will expire on the 31st August. All orders placed before midnight on this date (GMT) will be honoured even if they haven't been processed by then.

Please make sure that if you require filters from Schneider and you want to receive the discount to get them to me ASAP.

The Formatt deal will last a bit longer (no end date given as yet).

I did place an order for Schneider filters and Abel has been extremely helpful and the entire experience was superb. One filter was on back order for 6 weeks, but then came in just 4 days later. Very happy.

I placed an order with Formatt and followed up via the contact form on their website 2 days later (I was asking to add additional filters to my order) but they have not replied yet...

Owen, if you do have a direct contact that has a faster response time, that would be appreciated.

has anybody in this thread received Formatt filters from this Group Buy in the US and can you elaborate if you had to deal with customs and / or pay import taxes ?

Cerianne was the one who replied from the generic info email address, and she was also able to tell me that my order was still being manufactured.

I'll post here once I have more info on the import stuff...
 
I received two Formatt filters quite awhile back. Waited maybe 2 weeks for their arrival. No red tape whatsoever.
 
I'm happy to report that 4 weeks later after placing my order with Formatt, it arrived today (hassle free) via UPS...

I called in 3 times "following up" on my order, as the response time can be slow "at times"... ;-)

I am happy as well, received my ProStop IRND from Fromatt today.
Delivered within 2 weeks, I sent several emails but no response. So I called and spoke to the sales team
they shipped the Filters the very next day and it arrived in 3 days after I called them.

FYI. I paid 35$ more while receiving the package from UPS they said brokerage I dont know what it is..... but its okay.
