  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi Brandon,

I'm one of those pains in the @$$ with a different PayPal email than my main email.

That being said, we were getting close to my bare strips being sent out over a month ago and I've not had any reply to my past couple of PMs following this up.

I'm under some serious pressure from my boss to sort this out. I'm aware of your medical issues but I'd really appreciate a speedy resolution as soon as your health permits.

Good news! The new PCB is done and everything was assembled today. Monday stress testing begins. If it passes, then it's on the way to me to sign off on!

Thanks! I can think straight and walk (mostly) normal now. The other day was rough. I wouldn't wish this crap on my worst enemy.

Quick update!

Aging / Stress testing is well underway. Here's a current picture:

The bad news is there's a national holiday in China from October 1st to 6th. The GOOD news is they have a team of engineers dedicated to finishing this off as quickly as possible AND they will continue working during their holidays.

The database/tracking system being made is going to be great. You will ultimately be able to login and request early delivery of in stock items, pick up extra stuff, track shipments, order status, download documentation, etc. Once that's completely done, everything will move so much more quickly.

Oh, and I just transferred over more money to cover shipping and handling charges at the warehouse. I would really appreciate it if you guys with unpaid shipping and handling invoices would take care of them quickly because I'm having to front the money.

I will have an update about the database/tracking system early next week and I will be sending out tracking info to quite a few of you over the coming days as well!

Probably the last thing you want to hear, and may sound a bit pessimistic....but seeing that this is Chinese, is there any kind of warranty we can expect from these guys?

Not sure if that has been discussed, but surely at some point in time with the amount of orders you have, someone will run into a failure at some point.....
Might be easier to get some assurances from your suppliers now rather then after the fact.

Don't want to stir the pot, just thinking ahead (and behind, to some other foreign purchases)

Brandon, just noticed that on the list on first page I'm supposed to have requested only 2 variable kit, instead of the 3 I ordered

Same for me. The first page doesn't reflect my order it seems. And I never received a shipping invoice neither.
 
Yes, there is a warranty. They are building these to last.

The list on the first page isn't current. It was just used as a rough estimate to make sure we hit our minimums. Your invoice is your order.

I have about a half dozen shipping and handling invoices to send out today.

I got no invoice since sending you my phone number. Would love to pay shipping and have them fly my way ;)
