Fed Ex delivered Epic M No. 1218 just yesterday. It's absolutely a thing of beauty. How could I possibly resist a little photo session?

Wow! Now that is lust inducing.
GREAT photography. You are a professional aren't you ; )

Props to you Christopher! I remember way back when you were saying that were going to wait on the Epic (something about the wife wanting a mini-van?) -- anyway, whether the car happened or not, the Epic sure beats it any day of the week!

Super happy to see another Epic in the hands of yet another great guy :)

I love great product shots and these are great:) I enjoyed your website too and recommend everyone take a little visit there, particularly if you like top notch product and architectural photography.

What will you use your Epic for Christopher?

Wow gorgeous pictures of the sexy little beast! And congrats on receiving your M.

Hey i never got a sweet pl cover like that with mine!!!! ;-) Enjoy

Thanks everyone, now that I've got that out of my system it's time to put the thing to work. We're heading to DC next week to do a little film for an Architect of their new offices. The week after that I shoot my first TV Commercial and I've got a couple little indie art projects in the works.

Anthony... heh... yeah, I bought the wife a Volvo for her birthday, fortunately I've been busy enough this year to cover both.

Tonaci, that's the MMB-1 with a top-load stage conversion, nice and light for the Epic and very capable. Since I'm keeping the R1, I need to start thinking about a second set of lots of stuff. Ugh.

In the last shot, Brook's Riser and LW 15 Mount sit between the brain and my ET 19mm Hybrid. I'm working out a super lightweight setup using my stills tripod and will share the configurations I develop.
