  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Getting by with a little help from our friends..... (RED Dealers and 3rd Parties)

Sad to hear about closing the Berlin office but curious what comes next!

No currency changes - we invoice in Euros from the UK, as per the RED EU web site..

But they were very supportive. Today I called one of the resselers, cause of my weapon CF which was in repair and they told me, they dont have time for it....well...
Red Berlin also introduced me to the THC as a EF remote controll...which i didnt know till they showed me and I instantly bought it.

I dont want to argue about finance and stuff, but good service is what seperates good companys to the "others".
Though I think the people from UK r doing very good. Know them from the beginning when there was nothing in Berlin.

A shame, especially as I ordered my first RED there about a month ago, but it is an understandable decision.
I know this may be a bit egoistic, but I just hope that it doesn't have an impact on the delivery date of my Package.

Glad to hear that. The whole Team RED in Berlin is awesome and i'm really sad about loosing Kristin as my Bomb-Squad. She's a rockstar!

I hear you Alan. I am sure that you and your team will do a great job. But Berlin was really great. And what will you do after "Brexit"?

I really think, that closing Berlin is not a good move from RED.

I have an idea. Would it be possible for RED or a 3rd party to be able to develop an app that allows live stream from the camera to a chromecast? That'd be cool.
 
Verry sad to hear the news about the closing of the Berlin store.
They where exepional in there support!
Always helpful and only a bike ride away…

Hey Sean, started following your Facebook page the other day. Kira looks pretty intense! Hoping to make it out to NAB (pregnant wife means my plans are a bit up in the air, haha), I'd love to check that thing out. I just started digging through the site, up until now I wasn't actually sure if it was created as a one-off purely for hire or if you were selling them. Looks incredible!
