Gauging interest in BRIGHT TANGERINE FOLLOW FOCUS

Guys, there's no info on a start because the units are still not available... Only so much Nick can update you on...

The unit is coming in a couple months. They are waiting on some additional machined parts at the moment. The tolerances they are aiming for are unmatched by anyone out there. They had both units on display at NAB and both were excellent. I'm sure shortly Fury or someone else will post a video if them in action being demonstrated. So hang tight, you will be buying into one of the most precise, thought out follow focus units ever designed.

Live from NAB!

Not a whole lot I can give you all now, but Andy, the Perfectionist for BT products and the FF, was reviewing the FF this AM, which I believe you will see soon. I went through the features and fitment of the Revolver Ff, in particular, with him and a few other Ruers (Matt) as well. Without question we were very impressed on those counts.

The final procedures and production details require another 6 to 8 weeks, for production runs to commence for Revlover., as it sits, at this point.

For tghose, who have had the opportunity to use/own BT products, you will be very impressed, with these FF units as well. I don't have the go ahead for posting the particulars otherwise, but you all should have a detailed and very confirmatory report very soon, to sustain your Interest levels.

Thank you very much

Fury

I managed to find the Bright Tangerine booth just before the floor closes at 2pm today. I really dig the design of the Atom FF. It addresses all of the small issues I have with my o-focus mini. I will lose the dual sided function, but it's lighter, better, and has way nicer features. Can't wait for it to ship.

I was bummed I missed out on the daily Atom mattebox to giveaways!

"BT quality" indeed! These two, Revolver and Atom are incredible! The build quality is of the charts! Andy is the consummate perfectionist and professional and wants them to be the best going, and won't release them until they are! He and I started this idea in 2012, "on paper," and we're so close now! Very exciting!

Here are some images to hold you over!

akhhh this is so teasing, I hear nothing but positive+ reviews from everyone. I can't wait for them to start shipping. many thanks Curt for the pictures..

Also, their speed crank design is fantastic. Has an expanding lock feature so it completely removes the possibility of any play at the connection point to the FF.

Their FFs looked great! As did the Misfit Atom mattebox. I was one of the camera operators for No Film School at NAB, and I pushed for them to cover the Bright Tangerine booth. Even though I didn't end up shooting this piece, I'm really glad that it was covered. Great stuff coming out of BT!
