First Look - Schneider Xenon FF-Prime Lenses

Experience with these 5 years down the line?

Experience with these 5 years down the line?

Apologies for bringing this thread back from the dead. I have the opportunity to pick these up new at a steep discount. So I was wondering what people's experience with these are some years down the line? Obviously these are difficult to rent out due to their lack of name recognition and the bad rep in terms of the ca. But how are they holding up in day to day use? Are people regretting their purchase? Would really appreciate some feedback, as it has gotten very quiet on these lenses in the last few years.

Hello from Argentina. We do have a set of this lenses running with no regrets. I´m going to check the CA issue more in detail, but in general, the overall cost versus performance has been fine to us. Fine FF lenses, just my subjective oppinion. Didn´t noticed the CA thing at all, from the footage. Would love to see a more detailed CA test, I´ll welcome any link to check. Cheers
