Exporting EDLs from an offline sequence

I have a project with mainly red footage and I need to export an EDL from FCP. I need the EDL however with the 'FINAL CUT PRO REEL' comment included (for the 16 character r3d identifier). I do not however have access to the footage on my Mac so everything is offline, theoretically this shouldn't be a problem. Although when I export an EDL of a sequence with unlinked material I do not get the 'FINAL CUT PRO REEL' comment, only the FROM CLIP NAME.
Some suggestions please a side from getting access to the material. Or if it's just how it is it's just how it is.

What is the FINAL CUT REEL comment? I am not familar with that.

Send the edl you have on my email I'll see if I can update my RED16 script to support it...
