  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Regardless of backorder status, X Kits don't ship with Side Handles anyway right

You can always buy a side handle to go along with your X.. Your Epic will look so much better with a side handle when it is in that case :)


About backordered items. We are putting priority on the package items. The REDMOTE will be back on track in a few weeks, and we should be completely out of backorder on them the end of September.

I still hear a few M owners talking about REDVOLT and Travel Charger delivery issues that they have not received them yet. This is a bit maddening to me, so I personally am going to take care of this with Brent's help so it doesn't fall through the cracks... email me at Jarred @ red.com if you have not received your package M REDVOLTS and Charger yet... there is no excuse for you not to have them.
 
A lot of travel chargers just hit our warehouse so most, if not all of you, should get an email before the end of the week saying your backordered ones have been allocated to you.

Are the epic-xs shipping with the battery module?
 
As I am qucly selling some of my Red One accessories and building my need/wish list for tage 3 Epic, I find myself confused as to what Epic-x's are shipping with. COuld someone point out the thread to me where this info is. Can't seem to find it ina search. Thanks

The stage 3 package hasn't been defined yet.

Quick update. If you ordered a travel charger - in a package or alone - before early Sep, you should have received an email from your rep in the last few days saying it has been allocated to you. We even blasted everyone a second time if you had not replied yet to the first email. So, if you have not gotten that email and you ordered before Sep, please PM me and include your email address. Check your inbox first! Check your Junk folder first!

The past few days of Sep should be blasted on Mon to get us all caught up. Note, we put a lot of emails out there the past few days on chargers. So, I apologize in advance for slightly longer response and order processing times. The BOMB SQUAD will be working their butts off to get through your replies as soon as they can. We want you to get you them as badly as you want them.
