Hey all - it boots hp , then the record and power lights flash green, thats it.

7 inch cablelss monitor
tried V locks , AB power, AC power
firmware flashes
reseeding modules
moving the screen around
removing all peripherals and booting
everything we can possibly think of

I was just on the phone with emergency red services, they are at a loss...thoughts?????
I'm on a shoot.

Also, this camera was literally JUST taken out of the box, delivered yesterday- and never booted up

Ok. I have merged these two threads.

One thread is OK and will be easier to track.

Cameron,

What was the first power source you tried to boot with? Exactly.

Wait. You didn't mention that. Okay. Here's what I think it's doing. But it so the lights are blinking. I have a feeling it is updating your connected components. Leave it on for a solid 5 minutes. Time it on your phone. After that then try a reboot.

I had something similar with the Motion Mount on a new build. I disconnected it, booted fine, then connected and had to wait for it to update the mount.

Give that a go.

I had the same thing with my Weapon when it was new with the EF mount. Once it updated the mount it worked fine.

If you need an emergency camera though in NYC let me know and I can hook you up. Text me. 201.452.7032

strange though that he said emergency red services were at a loss.
also strange he didnt test the camera before bringing it to a shoot!
