No it's not Tom. The Left and Right Side Plates both require the Scale Armor Top and Shim Plate in order to mount.

OK, thanks very much for the info, Steve. I'm impressed with the ET scale armor, but having already invested a considerable amount into the RED Tactical system, I'm not sure I'm ready to dive into a whole new "system".
