  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Dynacore Mini series battery for Red

How do I purchase these batteries? I see multiple websites, but also read that the us distributor didnt ship and closed up shop. what do I need to do to get my hands on these? Preferably the ones with % readout if they are available yet.

I placed an order with this website and their ebay account dynabatteriesd0tcom and they both did not ship product. The company is a scam and the rep from dynacore in china has stated they no longer work together. Theres also multiple people on red who had to file disputes against this company for not shipping. Do not give your money to this company. The company based in China should be fine, this is only for the X US reseller

Hey Guys, Need some help. I bought a couple of those batteries and using them on Epic-W w/ base IO module and wooden camera cable less AB mount.
Once the camera is powered the spot where you would see voltage/ percentage on the LCD is completely blank. It's just black. Really strange, anyone had this issue? How do I work around it?

this happens on the beta software for now.

Does anyone know the max amperage load of the d-tap output on these batteries? I sometimes need to power our dragon straight from the d-tap and just thinking if it's possible with these battries.

Hi Mr. Lauri Hakala
please check the max amps of our mini batteries as follow:
DM-95S/A MAX AMP: 3.5A
DM-130S/A MAX: 8A
DM-155S/A MAX: 10A

Hey Zou, have a friend interested in buying a set of Minis - but he's wondering if the R (battery percentage) version has come out just yet. Last I saw, they were still in testing and possibly out for NAB.

So you mean the max amps are the same for both the D-tap output and the main v-lock connector? Just to clarify, thanks!

Lauri, I'm not sure about the Dynacore batteries (as I don't have any to test) but I know on the new High Demand BLUESHAPE MINI batteries that I sell that the D-Tap sockets are directly connected to the pack terminals for maximum power availability. So whatever the battery gives you the D-Tap does as well.

Thanks for the info Spencer! I hope this is also the case with Dynacore minis.

Hey Zou,

Got this question as well..waiting for the R version to come out!

Just received our minis and noticed that there's another label under the main product label which says 70wh instead of claimed 155wh. Is this smaller capacity label only for shipping purposes?

Also can confirm that you can run an epic dragon from the d-tap out.
