Well our Raven is in hand and since we'll be using it on a portable jib for most shoots,
we put together a lightweight (inexpensive) rig which includes the following..

Raven
Jetpack Expander
120G Minimag
Minimag Station
Various EF Lenses
3rd party hdmi monitor
Dtap to Lemo cable (vmount battery on belt)
Control via FoolControl on iPad and iPhone

(Ok, inexpensive compared to most Red rigs.)

I was under the impression that by using FoolControl on iPad and an hdmi monitor we would have all we need to operate this small Raven rig.
But now I'm feeling like the Fool, because upon startup there is no way to push the "I Agree" button on the very first license agreement page.
And probably no way to setup the wifi to connect FoolControl.

Now I know once the wifi is setup, this rig is in fact all we'll need to be fully operational.
My current plan is to rent a DSMC2 Side Handle to setup the wifi connection and then use FoolControl.
I know this all sounds very hackish and cheap, but please bear with me as we're in the beginning stages of this Red endeavor.

My question is, Can I activate the "I Agree" button and setup wifi using the DSMC2 Side Handle, or do I have to use the 4.7" touch screen?
In the future we will most definitely be purchasing both, but we have jobs looming and just want to get familiar with the camera.
And renting a DSMC2 Side Handle is half the cost of a 4.7inch touchscreen.

Thanks for your help.

Thank you Bob! Using the keymapper I was able to build a navigation preset and place it in the "force_preset" folder and then activate the wifi. I now have full control of the camera. And have learned an extra skill in the process. Thanks again!
