Hang in there kids. Still working with AMP/DJI on the details. A $1M Group Buy was not on anyone's radar a week ago. Ooops ;-)

Zeb

Kudos for doing this Buy the right way. As of now this is a brand new product not even on DJI website. We know you are parsing through all possibilities to ensure this is a safe deal; one which makes sense for all of us interested.

Just look at some of the GB's on RED User at the moment. Not all but some require almost a year of patience.

Most of us whom are reasonable will be rewarded with an incredible tool. Zeb keep up your due diligence.

Thank you Daniel for the kind words. Above all I am committed to representing the best interests of my fellow RED Users in this transaction.

This Group Buy will happen and it will be a good thing for RU's and RED. DJI is in a great position of being able to tap into the industry leaders and market makers that reside here on RU. My suggestion to them is to let us have the first 200 units since we represent Entertainments Finest and the Epic/Dragon is the killer shit for gimbals. We will put this tool to work in creative and innovative ways that will get DJI into the game with Movi and beyond. I have confidence that if DJI puts faith in us we will return that trust with killer footage that blows up the industry!

If you have a specific high profile project that would benefit from a beta Ronin - email me at zebtao at gmail

Let's do this!!!!

So what's the total head-count? Is there an updated list somewhere? I really hope DJI will take my money soon, can't wait to use this thing!

As Zeb said, the number next to your name in this list does not represent your place in line as there is none.

It represents only the fact that you stated your interest before or after someone else. Everyone will get a PM with purchasing details simultaneously as it will go live in the store.

I only list people who stated their interest in this particular thread as I don't know how many people have written to Zeb directly via PM or e-mail without stating their intensions here.

Based solely on this list we've already have a $920,000 deal for DJI, so they better make this offer as sweet for us RED users as possible. Zeb for one should get a Ronin for free for organizing this crazy revenue potential :)

Demetri . . . you are the MAN!!!

Let's get this to 200 RED USERS!
