Davinci problem render a 4k prores

Peter and Rohit,
i have a problem render file Epic 5hd to 4k proress 422 hq, i have error codec failed whit davinci 9.1 is a bug?
In 1080 all work fine.
sometimes it works sometimes it stops and error. Whit MAc pro, hackintosh and Macbook pro thunderbolt.

Make sure, that your video card has at least 3 Gb of RAM. It is a minimum, that is necessary for the 4k render.

yes video is ok gtx 590 all work fine , this is a error :

" Recording failed with Error: Codec is not opened yet."
starnge with redcine-x work fine ...

system is whit 32gb and 2 redrocket .
I solved the problem and everything works ok.
the system has 4 drives in raid0. About 360MB / s read and write system 10.7.5

A: If I read and render the same disk to 1080 ProRes everything works.

B: If I read the same disk and render at 4K does not work and gives me error "" Recording failed with Error: Codec is not opened yet. "

C. If I read the Raid0 and render to another disk in 4k works without problems.

so I can understand that the problem be the speed of the disk to read and render at 4K DPX or proress on the same disk, while in 1080 turns out to be lighter and no problem for the disk.
With option C be fast without a hitch up to 4800x2700 to ProRes. I'm happy

Rohit I had problems even grab still export a DPX color of the nodes while DRX everything works ok.

i Reset Database all work.
Only DPX stills grab is for me impossible to export.
