Commercial projects with 2.0.5?

I am shooting a feature film in HN with 2.0.5, It is good. I have not seen any problem with this. Anyone gets the problem with 2.0.5, please share with us!

Same here. We unlpugged and replugged then looked at each other and laughed. All is good.

Same here. We record to a 788T and use EPIC for scratch. We just shot a commercial for Sears and Kenmore that looked fantastic. It's a huge agency shoot so playback is mandatory.

Of course always record dual system but using the wooden camera A box, some production companies have been using the audio recorded to Epic as a final track. Sounds like there may be an audio bug in 2.0.5

If you are having audio issues, plug in a headphone jack. It will get your audio back. Not sure why it works, it just does.

Yep, been using it on several projects since it came out.

Only bug I have noticed is that sometimes when switching hdr mode and previewing screen froze. simple reboot solved that.

Been using it since Jan 4th every weekday on a network tv show. We need playback. No real issues, only a few reboots.

Used on several projects since first offered in Beta Build, (now out in Release Build) no problems at all other then when HDR-X is used ,
it can need a re-install, but if you have a Redmote you can go in to the menus and turn HDR-X off and re-gain all camera functions.

The HDR-X Bug, which RED is aware of and a fix is coming, takes out the LCD and EVF, so the only way to regain control of the camera is either via the Redmote,
turning HJDR-X off, or to do a re-install of the latest Build you want to use.


Other then this, the cameras have been working really hard on very Harsh weather conditions, form super Hot to Super Cold, on Helicopters 4x4's off roading, mountain slops...

Awesome news on the 2.0.5 release today! Interesting that this is a no-rollback build, which the beta version was not. Does anyone know if the HDRx bug is fixed in this firmware? I'm still waiting on my Redmote so hesitant to try it.
