I like the style of the flare and macro elements...not completely smooth, but appear to have little bits grain and streak detail in them.

Last week, we were given the opportunity to test the first out of four uncoated prototypes of the Celere 36mm T1.5 by Hanse Inno Tech GmbH under various light conditions. The result: very natural and soft skin tones, at the same time a nuanced appearance of green shades and lensflares with interesting image characteristics.
Bought them today at MBF in Berlin and tried the 85 and 36mm on our Amira. They won't leave the camera anymore![]()
Hi Gwen,
did you got my mail?
I'm planing an extensive test of the full Celere set, either in August or after IBC. Will post the result here on reduser incl. the R3D files.
Hanse Inno Tech will also send me (hopefully soon) some frame grabs which I'll post here.
Cheers
Hey Dave will you be at Cinec this year?
I tried them. You want to own them. Order a set from ABEL CINE now - because they won't be able to make them fast enough.
I will have them on 8K VV in RED BOOTH and on 8K HELIUM in VITEC booth at IBC.
This looks like a nicely tough out set of lenses David, too bad I am not coming back to Europe this Summer but I might in October!
David these look great.
How easy is it to swap out the uncoated/coated elements?
Also do the uncoated elements provide extra exposure?
Where can I see them & try them at IBC?:001_cool:
Are the Anas still coming in September? Also how is the 18.5 coming along?
Matthew, I will have a set for rent in the Midwest (Michigan) next week. Drop me a note and we'll work something out. tom.g (at) bcell (dot) comwhere can i rent these?? I want to test them out on a commercial next month...
If anyone still wants to get their hands on these lenses, we have our demo set available. It is currently in our LA office, but can be transferred to NY if needed.
Scott, Brian - I would love to get together and compare these to slrmagic APO and Leica Summicron C and summilux R
