  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Carrion monitor delivery?

To start with why don't you all bombard Transforensics with mails about your situation? Make sure they're formal, informative and not to "heated". Ask Transforics to help you get in contact with him since he has not been in contact since.... forever lol. Make them understand what a crook he really is. If these guys don't know about this they will definitely not want to continue their relation with Luis.

Maybe that will be a start for Luis to realise that people don't forget that easily and that he's easy to track?

I can't believe he is still getting away with this. Incredible.

Didn't someone on this forum give him a character reference as a "good guy"? Mamma mia!

I'm sad to say I'm wise enough to know that sometimes people fail and it costs you money. This guy failed and it cost us all money. He will not acknowledge any of us, he will not take responsibility, he will not return the money. I don't think any of us will ever hear from him and I don't think he will ever make good on this. I hope he regrets it, but evidently he doesn't. He takes his place in the ranks of people who take advantage of their peers, in a small professional community. Usually the stink of that kind of behavior stays around. I hope so.

Maybe he's talking about all the joy and laughter he's having on his way to the bank? Someone need to lock this guy up so he can understand it's not okay to steal people's money. I definitely think it's okay for everyone who's been let down to send an e-mail to this guy's lawyer.

EDIT: Didn't mean lawyer - meant "employer"... not exactly the same ;)

It seems like this guy is mocking his victims with his FB profile pictures.

I haven't given him my money but I still want to punch this guy. Is that bad?

The best part is if you add Luis Sinibaldi as a friend on facebook and he doesn't accept your request and keeps it pending, you get to watch Luis Sinibaldi accept all the other friend requests he gets and pages he adds. It's really fun to watch yourself get willfully ignored in almost real-time.

Luis Sinibaldi is mentioned several times in this post to help any other prospective business associates understand what they're getting into in case they search.

Thanks for your input, but I'm sad to say that I'm also wise enough to know that your post probably just gave Luis Sinibaldi a little reassurance in his mind that at some point we're all just going to be able to write this off as human nature and the fact that there's a bad apple in every bunch. Sorry man, but that isn't going to sit well.

The bottom line is that this all would have been much easier to swallow if there was more communication in the vein of a normal business demise with a reasonable explanation. But since Luis Sinibaldi just decided to take so many Redusers' money and try to disappear with no communication, then he needs to suffer the public consequences.

Well to start with you have ask REDuser mods etc to make the 1st and 2nd post of this thread an issued warning that he is a crook and that ordering this monitor will probably lead to loss of your money.

Secondly you have to go through the stage of IT magic making this thread being the #1 hit when searching for Luis Sinibaldi.

Not to hard to do

Well, this talk of Luis Sinibaldi in just a few posts has already bumped the reduser search result up a spot. When you type Luis Sinibaldi into Google that is.

And regarding the mods, well, the last one to post in this thread was hinting that people shouldn't say anything about the crime committed here. I don't know, maybe he is a friend of Luis Sinibaldi. Probably won't get any help there.

I wonder what his business partners will think when this search result starts popping up when you type in Transforensics?

And just to make sure, this is the same Luis Sinibaldi of Transforensics that makes really great monitors right? Don't want to get anyone confused with the wrong Luis Sinibaldi.
