It looks like a Panasonic... yuck.

[Ólafur Jón Thoroddsen]

the EOS c300 looks like a EPIC spoof

It looks like a Panasonic... yuck.

Haha, that was exactly my first thought too!

[Eric J Kosinski]

We'll BIG Canon C 300. What a joke. Thing is ugly as hell.

[Jacques Magnan]

It's almost as bad as their "hair drier"!!!

Agreed. Plastic, Junky, and looks like an Modern version of their Super 8mm Sound Camera

[Brian Self]

Actually I kind of like the look, but yes I agree it does kinda rip off some epic design elements

[Christian Jadot]

I like the looks aswell. But looks are only skin deep.

[Aaron Kondziela]

Wireless touchscreen remote. Hmmmm.

Agreed, but the iPad app, REALLY wowed me!

Price is going to be key. I'm not holding my breath though (for either company).

Yeah , great a plastic Epic. At what price? Anyone know yet?

[Russell Honeyell]

Not confirmed yet but allegedly $12K EF mount, $15K PL mount.

[Gavin Greenwalt]

Why do we care what it looks like? I think it looks like a 1D without side grips.

Agreed

[Brandon Ripley]

are those new canon lenses pl mount?

I care because I don't like ugly tools. Why drive to work in a chev when you can hop in a ferarri?
