That is true, and some of the info at DVInfo makes no sense, like, how the LANC port can't control focus/iris but the web interface through the iPad can?

Looks like they are going to the Q&A.......still no mention of detailed Specs ( resolution of footage, rpices, etc..) or any mention of the DSLR camera with the C300 logo on it. Note that Engadget's close up shows it doesn't have the 1D Mark X logos or text on it.

Engadget: 6:35PM Daylight scenes are still looking good, but the noise persists in the low light shots.

Just as I predicted from Canon. Aways has been noisy in low light. Sony, however, that's another story.

Exact;y what I was thinking - plastic.

From a distance, it MAY looks like a DSMC RED Cam...but when you look it closely it's just a plastic cam, like any Canon cam.

I thought that too. But there was another film after that one above and THAT did NOT exhibit that noise. Aint the cameras fault if the operator makes a mistake !
