Yeah "4K" sensor size... not output. Big difference there. If we go by this logic then the 5D Mark II' which has 2.5 more pixels wins! Sure it has a much improved codec, dynamic range, and noise level...but its only 1080p 24fps & 60fps 720p. Really? I feel like the big boys are stuck in neutral when it comes to resolution...

I dont see that one happening, they want to sell more than one once people get to a PL level... buy the one with the shorter flange distance... they make EOS to PL adapters and now there is no mirror to get in the way

The lenses look interesting. A 4K sensor doesn't mean 4K recording. Or it could.

The 4K only applies to lenses resolution, not to the footage you can record... These lenses will be perfect on REDcams.
