  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

It's scary that last night's 60 minutes was all about cyber terrorism and how foreign intelligence agencies are installing "capabilities" in chips manufactured in their countries, which is why the DoD's chips are all made here at Sandia.

IOW, maybe it's not your fault...

I once read a quote by some American Air Force General who stated that, "Don't worry, American made Fighters could never be used against American Targets". Made me think ... Wow! Neat! But, I wonder is it true?

Great to hear you're back and hopefully on the mend.

Thanks again for your honesty, integrity and transparency...qualities we have based our own business upon and qualities that initially attracted us to RED way back in the beginning...seems a long time ago now!

Fix yourself and then worry about the cameras, we'll be waiting patiently for Epic and Scarlet when they good and ready.

In the meantime our RED is keeping us busy and happy here in bonnie Scotland!

Just get it done. As for the schedule, as long as you are doing your best, there's not much else to be done.

hey, glad you're feeling better, and as far as the delays go......I haven't saved nearly enough for the scarlet system I want yet so I'm not worried right now anyway. This just gives me more time to make money so I can get it right when it comes out.
 
Jim, VERY good to hear you are feeling well! You gotta keep leading this charge for a long time to come :-).

We're all here and patient for Epic to be done right. With MX you really did release "Red Mark II" so seriously, i'm good for a long time. Actually, I would love if the very first batch of Epic Stage 2 (which I'm part of) doesn't drop until early 2011, that'd be perfect to ramp into Spring shooting.
 
Your back with us again Jim and thats the important thing...The rest will work itself out, I'm sure I speak for everyone in saying you have our unwavering support. Peace to you...
 
I don't understand this rush. This is the digital future being thrown out here...if that comes now, or in 2011, what does it matter? I doubt the competition will throw out something rivaling EPIC in that short of a timeframe. I mean seriously, if they had the guns they would be throwing them out there!
So take your time. Make it good. Real good. And, as they say, people will come (actually, they're already here - camping outside the concert screaming "RED! RED! RED!" and waiting for Jim, that's the singer, to come out! ;))

Even if the competition could bring it (I think you're right that they can't) I don't think Red cares much about that. About being the best, maybe, but probably not so much about being first.

I think they just want to satisfy those eagerly waiting for it, who have already been very patient.
