  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Bomb EVF Shipping

Got mine!!!! It's sick, really beautiful piece... This little thing is going to improve so much my upcoming jobs!
I've ordered it August 7th 2010 and received June 29th.
 
New RED BOMB EVF has a build quality like a Porsche 911 (also Made in Germany).

Just got a Bomb EVF pluged it in to check it out and noticed what seems to be a extra few drops of black glue at the top of the screen or mirror in the area that on all other of the 3 sides is flat black??? I mean you can see the seam around the area but on the top seam there is a dribble of black glue or what ever on mine. Not hindering the use, and can see the image and all the other info is just fine but there is a reflections that is generated and noticeable at the top just out side of the all the heads up info. Was wondering if any one else has noticed this or maybe just my Bomb?
Let me just say that the viewfinder its self is great. A little smaller than the previous EVF but a really sharp and great image. Just would like to not have a reflection or extra glue from the factory in it.

are there any alternative mounting solutions for the bomb other than the red arm? not saying the red arm is bad, because the new evf is light compared to the old one, just wanted to check. i heard there is an element tecnica solution in combination with the et evf mount, but maybe there is other stuff?

sure is... right now you can use these two items to attach to the Swat Rail. And we have a specific EVF mount coming.. I will go take a photo give me a second.
