Our 2 Bombs came in today's Fed Ex. We ordered July 10, 2010 and got our notification they were ready to ship about 10 days ago. Tested both on our MX and they are sharp and so much smaller than the original which is a real treat. Here is a quick picture from my phone that includes a regular Red EVF to show size. Now we just need to work on our mounting since we'll need some sort of new piece to make our old Zacuto EVF mount work.

Hi Daniel, I also got the SSD module and two 64GB cards, it's great not having drives and cables anymore.

Congrats! What was your order date on the bomb?

My Bomb EVF was ordered on July 10th 2010, within 48hrs of it appearing in the store if I'm not mistaken.

I was using the Zacuto rig for my EVF. So I got this package just to have all the extra parts, they are very well made and work well. http://www.gini1.com/extreme-17-new-clone-en.html

But if you do not want all the extra stuff he also sells just the monitor arms. They work great, are fast to adjust and lock tight. I'm using them for the BOMB and also my SmallHD DP6. These are a great deal. http://www.gini1.com/moniter-arm-en.html He is in Korea so it takes about 2 weeks for the box to show up.

The only thing he does not sell is the 19/15mm units so I got a 2nd one from Zacuto.

Anyone found a fitting eyepiece Chamois for the Bomb EVF and a way to not make it fall off like on the old EVF?

The old trapper trick from days, when there were no ready to use eyepieces Chamois: take a piece of dear leather (which you can buy at least in Switzerland at a gas station for cleaning windows), cut a hole in it, and fix it with a rubber band. Hope, that helps ;-)
