  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

FCP can process up-to 4000 x 4000 pix at the time. So if you export the 4k footage at the max size (just crop a little) then you can get it into fcp. I exported as 4000 x 2000 prores from redcine. Colorista could handle the size, but colorista "looks" would not work because my GC is not strong enough. Depending on you ram, you even get "realtime" playback - I got upto 2 sec. 4k in realtime:)
