Ok so I can't tell you who I shot the video for yet, but here are some little samples of what I shot...I was called on to be a DP for this gig, and got excited because I personally like the band and everyone knows their hit
haha sorry but i'll update later as to who. ( its a band thats been around since the Beatles)
Anyway... it wasn't a very high budget shoot, and had to pull off a lot in a short amount of time. But once I heard black and white, I was in love with the idea. Shooting black and white with the scarlet is like using a completely different camera. Here are some samples of my shots...

It was a hard 2 day shoot, but I enjoyed the black and white a lot.My lighting setups were fairly simple, but since we had limited time, felt like it was harder, I didnt have my regular crew with me either so that made setups long too. I tried to keep the look within the range I originally had in my head, a last second script change threw out a lot of setups I had mentally planned for, and we had to make up a few new situations on the spot, but I think it worked out really well.
It also just so happend that the first day we filmed, the set had its AC off due to a problem, and we sweated in 95 degree temp inside all day... The show must go on! but I think the sacrifice was worth the footage.
