  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Guys,

delivery of units will be done shortly. I have been contacted by Mohammed already so now last person remain. So idea with new thread focused on technical aspects and on helping and guiding you through troubles and technical aspects is great. I will speak with Maciej from technical support to register on forum so he will be able to participate in that.

We are doing a very interesting test tomorrow, using many blacks on one vehicle, and many different gimbals with the same camera and lens. One of the gimbals is the Beast. I’m not sure what the problem is. I emailed you my Skype name last week. So you shouldn’t have had to search for it. And then I emailed you at 5.41pm to tell you I was trying to call you but you were not picking up…

Skype is usually pretty straight forward.

Anyway, third time lucky? Monday at 5.30pm

I think the problem is that 5.30pm is not the same for everybody...
 
Poland is GMT +2 at the moment - I'm in UK and it's 19:48 and Poland is 20:48. I guess it depends where Greg is (UK or Europe).
 
Was trying to get a refund. Seemed like an uphill battle so I took delivery of a Beast. No experience with gimbals but set it up fairly easily. Got it running and straight onto Bryce Menzies New Frontier show that aired on NBC today. I am glad I got it. Its pretty awesome. Shots are coming out dope!
 
Refunds Update:

Peter cancelled the Skype call yesterday. Thats three cancelations for what is a very simple call... Can't say these guys try very hard at anything. What are they avoiding??

Re-scheduled for Friday at 5.30pm. Maybe they'll finally talk on the fourth attempt...?

I'll keep you all posted.

Hi Greg,


we aren't dodging anything, we were waiting for you during our first appointment for 2 hours. Next one from my point of view will be on Friday (02 Sep). We have some other plans and work to do so we can't be at your disposal 24/7 - and yes, we know that speaking with you is important, but some things can be even more. It isn't so simple to catch us all in the office.
