  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Backorder Update January 13

And yet we ordered our canon Ti mount months ago with our epic stage 2 and still no words... I really don't think there is any logic in the way things are being shipped... But congrats on yours scarlet/canon mount! :)
But on a separate note we received our assault plate today (ordered in August)
 
Maz, please contact your BOMB SQUAD rep. We did not start fulfilling SCARLETs with TI Canon mount until we were caught up on backorder on the stand-alone mount orders from pre-Nov 3.

Total siked. Red lived up to their word! Everyone keep the faith! (I officially converted my REDligion)

But I wish I remembered to charge my fekin redvolts!

Hi Brent,

Should this apply to Redmote deliveries as well? It seems several lucky folk have their Redmotes for their Scarlet orders (see page 35 of this thread) but I, and several others are still wait for Redmotes from our Stage 2 Epic orders.

All I can say is thank you all, Jarred. I never expected I would ever be able to own this level of a camera. This wouldn't be possible if you guys didn't appear and jumped in and decided to challenge the establishment. As my camera delivery is almost in sight, I hope that I can respond to your efforts with the best I can do as an independent filmmaker. I can only imagine were you guys go next after having this amazing infrastructure that is able to respond so fast now... The future is bright at Red!

The problem here is that without those accesories we can't mount 15mm rods (and MB and follow focus as well)...so i think somebody would must to say something about it, because if i have to wait 6 months to mount my mattebox....I die...
 
Wonder if we'll get a Friday update today... My Ti-Canon Scarlet-X is on the way and people are getting Stage 4 allocations so it seems things are moving along swiftly. Wonder how the DSMC side handle is coming along.
 
This may have been covered, but does anyone know how far backordered PL mounts are?

Glad to see you all getting your bits one by one... amazing how a few weeks can make such a difference.
