  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

It's funny how much frustration disappears when the people on the other side actually tell you what's going on... but that doesn't curb the excitement, of course. Especially for those of us who are awaiting our first Red cameras ;)

Indeed. This is a lot easier for me than waiting for my first Mac to ship 13 years ago because Brent and Jarred hang out in the trenches, but I want them about the same, haha.

Yeah, it's a stark contrast from that certain other camera company whose VENDORS don't even like them...

no you dont, but dont worry, keep a look out, ive already seen people selling their cases for around $150, and im sure there will be many more on the market very soon.

it was an official red statement since the beginning, too many threads and posts to find it but yes, they just arent giving them a way if you order ala carte, its ONLY for packages.

At least it's not fair since I paid more than I would pay for package, but there's no Scarlet-W Jetpack package :(

but packages had the draw back of later allocations because the accessories have to be available, so its save money and wait longer, or spend more and get sooner.
if i didnt order a pkg i would have my camera by now. so you win some and you loose some, but like i said, you can get one used for cheap and in my opinion the case isnt that great just a nice place to start.
