  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Amazing news! Thanks for the update Brent. Does this include people who ordered the Scarlet-W base package, or only brain orders?

Ohh, I only ordered a single 7" CF LCD, that means the 4/15 date does not count? :-(

Michal, packages as well.

For orders in general (not like in Jarred's post, which deals with a subset of orders), the availability on RED.com should be correct, Andre.

Thanks Brent. RED.com says 2-3 weeks for the DSMC2 RED TOUCH 7.0" LCD, I ordered 6 weeks ago :-/

Brent, to clarify, my orders for 4.7" monitors and V-Lock Base I/0 were ordered separately but to accompany 2 Weapon cameras that have already been delivered. Does this mean that they are moved to the back of the line so that folks who ordered the monitor as part of some sort of Raven or Scarlet W package will get their's first? I didn't "package" my monitor or module with my Weapons, was this a mistake?

i think so, that is why i switched to a package, i ordered my v-lock expander before it was even announced, i just happened to be refreshing the screen at the store and it popped up as a new release, then like 15 min later brent announced it was live for ordering, i actually thought id get it before the camera since a lot of packages were going out. when march 17th hit and i didnt get it, i switched to a package…well now its about a month after that and i ordered a raven in the first 10-15 minutes of it being live on 9/24… still have hopes for this week, but at this point i wouldnt be mad if it didnt happen until after nab and see whats out there, then maybe switch back to a brain. we will see.
 
Hi All,

I've ordered a complete package of Weapon Magnesium. I already receive everything more then two weeks ago, but can't do anything with them without the still missing I/O V-lock Expander and the Sidekick.
Brent or Jarred, can you tell me when will I get these two missing accessories, please? As far as I know, my rep doesn't know yet any possible date.

Update on May 12th: just received an email form my rep saying it will be shipped tomorrow!

Red.com reflects "if you ordered today, you would expect to receive it in 2-3 weeks". So, if your order is already in, we would expect to have that done by that time as well.

Not back of the line, we are fulfilling both a la carte orders as well as package.
 
Hi Brent & Jarred,
would it be realistic to hope for Raven packages blasting pre or during NAB for time stamps on the day of announcement? Or any info available regarding Copenhagen dealership (Goecker). Most info exchanges lately have been about SW, was just curious how the flow was going for original Raven packages who didn't switch. Any info is magic. Thanks for all the help so far, incredible effort you guys are making. Thanks, Kris

Well notices are good. For the first whole day, hmmmm.
No delivery before nab it looks like though.

I don't get what you mean "For the first whole day"? Hopefully tonight people post on Ravens thread if they've gotten allocation.. Today's supposed to start the big ramp up for Raven. Or maybe I don't really understand how things work and ramp up today = allocation notices Wednesday or Thursday etc.
