  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

April shipping update

What Jarred is saying is that if you ordered a RAVEN before the SCARLET-W announcement (12/10, 6:25pm PT) and you have already switched to SCARLET-W, we had hoped to get them all allocated by the end of this month. But due to accessory availability and increased number of people flipping from RAVEN to SCARLET-W, it is not going to happen. You are now looking another week or so. If ADDITIONAL people who were pre-SCARLET-W RAVEN guys NOW switch to SCARLET-W orders, that timeline will extend beyond that week or so. Pretty obvious, more orders means the target moves. So, again, the total pool we are discussing is anyone who had a RAVEN pre-SCARLET-W announcement. Jarred was simply giving a point-time-reference on where we are at.

So, when you take a step back, we really are fulfilling by time stamp across the board. By switching from RAVEN to SCARLET-W, we are honoring your time stamp of that RAVEN order. By default, you will be ahead of every person who ordered SCARLET-W on announcement date or later.

Next, is there any benefit from switching from RAVEN to SCARLET-W as far as ETA? Yes, as was stated a few days ago, we have more RAVEN orders than SCARLET-W. Second, we started fulfilling SCARLET-W a month before RAVEN. Thus, the timestamp for SCARLET-W orders we are processing is much later than RAVEN orders. Time stamp is king here, folks.

Wait, what about SCARLET DRAGON guys who are doing the special SCARLET-W bundle, you ask? Yes, those folks do get a bump in queue. But not a "front of the line" bump...

Yes, we are allocating accessories to both RAVEN and SCARLET-W orders as each come off the lines. We are not solely allocating them to WEAPON and/or SCARLET-W and hosing RAVEN folks.

thank you, brent i tried, i really did…i understood all of this, except the dragon que bump, but it was because you answered me individually throughout threads. i was trying to make you proud stating all your clarifications but couldnt keep up with everyones concerns. thanks again for popping in and shaping it up!

Matthew, I think you have the Base I/O V-Lock Expander, not REDVOLT? Unless you broke into Jarred's office and stole a prototype, ha.
 
Thanks for the updates! One question, if you have a base I/O package on order, is April.8 the earliest that it will be shipping? And only brain orders will be shipping prior to this date?

yes, jarred gave the update on the soonest some accessories will be available and april 8th is the soonest for the i/o v-lock expander, which is needed to complete your pkg.

Thanks Jordan, I thought that the dates given were for when they would be caught up for those items. You have read what I have read so I was hoping Brent would chime in. Thanks.

oh, maybe i am. though i think reading it like that might just be wishful thinking.
i actually ordered the v-lock separately too the second it popped up on the red store a month or so ago and i thought id be getting that earlier then the raven brain would be available.

Thought i had the update all figured out haha... I have that same question too, i'm sure Brent will chime in.

I guess caught up can go two ways: Back in stock completely with normal lead times or catching up with the orders they had hoped to fulfill.

Was wondering the same. It says "caught up" so I'm assuming that orders will be shipping out between now and then depending on accessory availability and that they are expecting to be caught up with everyone by that day.
