  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Fingers crossed on mine shipping also, cracked my 5in recently by being a bone head. The 7in, thats almost the same weight of the 5in with a lower profile, will be a greatly welcome replacement. Cheers to you Red for continuing to further evolve your already awesome products.

I got my 7inch touch today, its pretty bad ass, really sharp and way better than the 5inch... i highly recommend it to anyone, thanks Jarred and RED team.

Only thing i would say, that box was confusing to open... There is a little magnet and the lid flips up, i spent a good 10 minutes trying to slide it out haha...

A month ago, the students at the Portfolio Center were studying container construction and got to have a look at my Redvolt XL module box for its design. It received high marks from them all.

Thanks Mikael...loving the app. Its the same Epic MX...all of our Dragons are on a feature for the next 10 weeks.
 
Picked up the 7" Touchscreen and immediately note the low weight/sq. in.. The blacks, right out of the box, so to say, are likely to produce fewer underexposures, than say the 5 " touchscreen did. This is a quite suitable addition to the display lineup. I haven't had time to take it outside in bright daylight, though, with a pseudo Hoodman, though, which I am interested in trying out.

Will RED be coming out with a hood screen for the 7"? I'm noticing bolt patterns on the top and bottom corners. Can't wait to see what it would look like if its true.
