AMD Firepro OR NVIDIA Titan

I have a pc running windows 8.1 that has (2) 8 core Intel processors and 1 EVGA Nvidia Titan. With the new premiere red debayer, playback works great... The problem is my playback in davinci 11. Its annoying to say the least. I would love to use davinci when I can as my NLE but its not as good as Premiere's red debayer. (I have it checked in davinci). I have toyed with the thought of either getting another titan, selling it and getting the titan black or z OR going with one of the AMD Firepro cards. Any thoughts on what would be best for davinci but also still work will with the CC suite?

I have a 16-core system with a GTX Titan, as well, and I'm not GPU limited for debayer, it's the CPU, even in RCX.
Get a windows widget that shows your GPU utilization, and you'll see you're not even using 50% of that card for debayer. I almost never use most of my GPU in Resolve, even with a couple nodes and 5 or 6K footage...
Keep the Titan, and wait...

Hey thanks for the info! Wouldn't 2 xeon 8 core processors be more than enough? They were like $2600 a pop.

I just bought 2 x Titan black cards to replace my 4000 cards I also replaced my rocket with a rocket x. I'll post results when I get the titian card but at this stage the rocket x is definitely worth the money

I would love to get a red rocket x but they are just so dang expensive
