  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

AC accidentally put project base as 29.97. I shot slowmo at 30fps. Anyway to fix?

Project base was supposed to be 24fps. Now playing back the footage isn't slow mo. Do you simply change the project base to 24 in post or am i missing data now?

Yes-- if you set the project base to 24fps, material shot at 30fps should play back as you intended, in slight slo-mo. (I'm assuming that you don't also have footage meant to play back at regular speed 24fps that was accidentally shot at 29.97-- you can change that framerate, too, but it can look a little funny.)

all good! project was supposed to be captured at 30fps to playback in slow mo :)

Similar topic, but different: if you shoot 48p, how do you remove every second frame for "native"/non-conformed 24p playback (with 90deg aka 1/96 shutter) in Resolve?
