26 days of anxiety to go...

Hoping some content gets "bundled" with the player. I wouldn't mind a 4K version of Social Network or Dragon Tattoo thrown in for fun. Just sayin' ;)

Jarred,

You guys should have a "made in the USA" page on the website with photos like these showing how Americans are making high end electronics in Southern California.

Hmm now can I get that patch on a black leather jacket in Mens Small?

Btw, those guys really do look like the RED ARMY ;)

Can't wait for this!!!

Rock Stars

Rock Stars

Love all the 80/20 stuff you're using there. Both the Red Ray line and on the Epic line as well.

Tell your Manufacturing engineering guys (from one engineer to another) they are Rock Stars too.

+1

I figured Mr. Lowe would be especially excited to hear the latest regarding REDRAY. It would be nice if a few of the most notable indie shooters, the ones already distributing content, would license (freely, of course) some of their material to be included as demo content.

And RED's laser projector has the REDRAY player built in.

what type of chipset used in these? Sigma or Realtek based ones..Does support 3D 4K?
Whic brand media players are competitors to Red Player? Dune,PopCornHour etc? Dunno any 4K supported media player in market YET.

OH. MY. GOD.

Dude. You guys did it!

You must have one of the most difficult jobs ever -- when we hit the nail on the head at times in the forum, but you are unable to confirm our speculation.

Definitely the hardest part is not telling you guys all this stuff as it happens...

in some ways i wish it was still the good old days when we could share everything we were doing and the competition would just laugh at us.

Now the competition is paying attention.. and as humbly as I can say this.. it seems we are dictating some of their roadmaps.

I know we have been harping about 4K distribution forever... but it is about to get very real.

Expect the official REDRAY and 4k Content Distribution network announcement along with pre-orders to happen in a couple weeks.. but I thought it was important to give you all a heads up so you can prepare.

Is this Distribution network idea going to be International? I assume so?
