Thanks a lot Oron, due to the recession and constant devaluation of local currency against the dollar, buying gears is always getting more expensive relative to local earnings (which is fixed 90% of the time). So its not surprising rental houses a finding cheaper alternatives. Will check it out (at least to keep in my inventory for productions that need cheaper alternatives).

Will also give Thom a call once I am out of the meeting with the producers. Thanks for the consideration Thom.

Yeah, As Thom stated, the cause of the problems I was having have been corrected and the new line of monitors is pretty awesome! Definitely check out the Osee booth at NAB this year.

Get a Sony OLED. You can find one used for under $2500. It's fantastic. I love the flanders monitors for picture/color but there's too much latency for focus.
